# Move a meeting to another workspace

Move a meeting when it was recorded in the wrong workspace. The meeting's
transcript, summary and speaker names move with it. Its saved voices
and Dictionary terms do not. With recognition on, moving can remove a
person's only saved voice in the source workspace, so read the app's warning
before confirming.

## While the call is still running

Open the menu-bar panel and choose the workspace on the current recording's
status card. This redirects that recording only; it does not switch your
active workspace.

## After it has been processed

1. Open **Meetings**, right-click the meeting and choose **Move to Workspace**.
2. Pick its destination and read any recognition warning before confirming.

The meeting appears in its new workspace without rerunning the summary. You
can select several finished meetings and move them together; there is no bulk
export or delete.

## What travels, and what stays behind

Transcript corrections remain part of the moved meeting, but the source
workspace keeps its Dictionary rules. Saved voices stay with their source
workspace; the moved meeting may ask for speaker review again in the new one.
Moving does not edit an already-written summary or speaker names.

## Undo it

The confirmation offers **Undo** while it is visible. Use it then to restore
the meeting and any affected saved-voice contributions. Once the message
goes away, that undo is unavailable.

## If it will not move

A meeting that is waiting to be processed, being processed, or having its summary,
tasks, name or speakers updated cannot move,
including one you run again with **Transcribe**. Wait for processing to finish
and try again. If processing claims a meeting during an undo, the undo may be
refused and the move stands rather than being partly reversed.
