Delete a workspace
For another workspace, decide what happens to its meetings, people, voices, Dictionary terms and templates before removing it.
Move everything to Personal
Section titled “Move everything to Personal”Meetings, people, templates and recognition history move. Duplicate people are both kept; the arriving one gets its old workspace’s name appended. When two terms share a recognized spelling, Personal’s term keeps it; a moved term left with no recognized spelling is dropped.
Delete all of it
Section titled “Delete all of it”Its contents are permanently removed from Recordstead. Exported files and your own backups are untouched. Recordings already in an external archive stay there, but reconnecting cannot restore deleted meetings.
Either way, a connected Google account remains connected. If the deleted workspace was its only assigned workspace, its calendar becomes visible in every workspace, not only Personal. Check its calendar workspace selection after deletion.
